Teacher Makes Thousands of Face Shields for Medical Workers Fighting Coronavirus, Including Son

Please take the time to read this inspiring story of Jim Hofmann’s selfless desire to help protect our front line healthcare workers. Along with the help of several local businesses and volunteers, 3D printed face shields were made and distributed to those in need.

Bright Side Manor was grateful to be a recipient of these 3D printed face shields.

As a non-profit facility, the COVID-19 pandemic has put a tremendous strain on an already restricted budget. The community has come together and has provided monumental support. All of these acts of kindness have enabled Bright Side Manor to continue to provide high quality, affordable assisted living.
