Yes, it’s official… our project is complete and we have availability — but the only thing missing is just a couple residents who truly make this a family.

Bright Side Manor has always prided itself on being a high-quality, affordable facility for older adults. In order to ensure that our services are the best they can be, we have completed an 8,000 sq. ft. expansion to update the space and make it even more comfortable and comprehensive. This project was completed in winter 2023.

​

New amenities at Bright Side Manor include community rooms, a library & media center, dining rooms, activity rooms, a wellness center, and an expanded outdoor patio.

​At Bright Side Manor, we believe in offering affordable rates for high-quality care. To ensure affordability, we welcome residents through the Managed Long Term Service and Support Programs (MLTSS – Medicaid), as well as sliding scale, affordable private pay.

Bright Side Manor is unique because we offer Medicaid beds without any prerequisites for acceptance, so that anyone can benefit from our exceptional care. Additionally, as an all-inclusive home, our residents will not face additional costs for changes in health and support needs over time.​
