Social Worker - full time 

 

Social Worker is needed to provide services for older adults living in a non profit assisted living community. Responsibilities include community outreach and education, assisting new residents and families through the admission process and managing benefits including Medicaid MLTSS, collaborating with outside agencies including other health care providers and facilities, supporting residents and their daily activities, and other duties as required. Social Worker will work closely with the management team including facility Administrator, Wellness Director, Activities Coordinator and other team members. Ideal candidate will be a social worker who has completed the Seminar in Field Instruction and is able to supervise Master's level social work interns. Experience working with older adults is preferred. Must have an active NJ license.
