PALS Staff Organizes Some St. Patrick’s Day Fun at Westwood House

Our PALS (Portable Assisted Living Services) program recently hosted a St. Patrick's Day celebration for residents of Westwood House.

The party featured cupcakes and other refreshments, and staff organized several games in which the residents had the chance to win prizes.

All residents in the building, those in PALS and those who are not on the program, were able to connect with another thus strengthening existing relationships and providing the opportunity to form new ones in a fun and engaging environment.

Parties such as this one demonstrate why having an assisted living program like PALS in a subsidized senior building like Westwood House can offer many benefits to building residents by offering opportunities for socialization, recreational programs, education presentations and other opportunities for residents to develop stronger ties and relationships with their fellow tenants.
