Click here for Sponsorship Opportunities Form- Sponsorships available: Presenting Round Sponsor - $5,000, Putt Putt Par Sponsor - $2,500 and Course Sponsors - $500
Sponsors for each hole on the course are entitled to 2 tickets to event, lunch, Cap and refreshments for each attendee and recognition on a golf course hole (#’s 2 – 8 or #’s 10 – 17). If you have a preference as to a hole, please indicate below the number you wish to sponsor. Every effort will be made to honor your preference.
